Bill has brokered and partnered over $1 Billion in transactions. He was one of the masterminds and brokers to the largest land transaction in Arizona's History. He has reputable relationships with Fortune 500 companies, Private Investors and local home-builders. Currently Bill is established in Arizona and Texas. For his clients, Bill handles all real estate endeavors individually. With a keen eye for detail and ability to assess not only the property in question, but also its local surroundings, gives his clients the best possible outlook. ​Bill is a native to Arizona. He is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor degree in Business.  He has been happily married to his amazing wife Karen for nearly 40 years.  Bill has 3 children and 4 grandchildren that he spends time with regularly.  He is very active within his community and a contributor to many local organizations such as; American Humane Society, American Cancer Society and Phoenix Youth at Risk.
